My passions for exercise, sports and fitness started very young. I was always involved in sports and being active. That quickly lead into a passion for teaching sports and fitness at a young age too.

When I was in high school, I was already planning to become a high school gym teacher. In grade 9 I was a teachers assistant for the grade 8 gym class. I continued that role until graduation. After I graduated university I started working as a personal trainer before. I quickly realized that my passion for teaching was for helping people grow and improve no matter their age.
In the past 15 years I’ve worked in nearly all aspects of the fitness industry. I’ve managed gyms, started gyms, and worked with people around the world online. No matter what I do or how I do it, I’m always after the same thing: results.

Unfortunately however, it seems results are the things that missing in this industry. Sure many systems and products claim results, but that’s usually only within a top 1-5% of the people who do it.

Let me ask you this: If results were being achieved, why is the number 1 goal in fitness and health ALWAYS weight loss? Why are we in a perpetual state of WANTING to lose weight, but apparently never ACTUALLY LOOSING it.

There are millions of people a year starting towards health goals, but few actually get there.

I want to change that. I want to drop the bullshit, ra-ra, motivational attitude towards fitness that seems to be everywhere. I want to help people to stop searching for the motivation, the external push, and the “having fun” systems of exercise and just look at reality.

Reality is that it’s hard.

Reality is that it doesn’t happen overnight.

Reality is that most people are failing to reach their goals.

And reality is that we are taught the opposite.

My focus as a coach is on accountability. I’m here to speak the truth, point you in the right direction and hold you accountable.

YOU have a goal and YOU will have to do the work to get there.

I have the knowledge, expertise, and experience to guide you to that goal, but I can never do it for you.

And I’m never going to sell you on a “magic pill” that’s it’s as easy as Skinny Tea, Keto Shakes or wrapping your body in plastic.

To me this is where too many systems fail. You become dependent on the system or person, and never actually build the strength to succeed for yourself.

That is my mission when I coach. I will help you build the strength FOR YOURSELF.

The services I offer as as follows:

Personalized Program Design – $250 USD (12 weeks)

A custom program designed specifically for you, your fitness level, your access to equipment (or not) and your goals. The programs are created 12 weeks at a time to progressively move you towards your goals. I am always available for program related questions via email but there is no on-going support or accountability. 

Monthly Training Programs – $100 – $250 USD/month

A personalized workout/nutrition routine created each month based on your fitness level, your access to equipment (or not) and your goals. Routines are created monthly based on changes in progress, motivation or plateaus. I am available for on-going support and questions via email and text. Coaching sessions can be added monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly for more support and accountability. 

Monthly Fitness OR Nutrition Program – $100
Monthly Fitness AND Nutrition Combo – $150
Coaching Sessions – $25/session (1-4 sessions/month)

Ok, first I want to say thank you! Your words are very encouraging. Having someone I can contact on a daily basis is great. I understand about planning ahead, and I did try to do that some, and I’ll probably do my other squats/sit-ups/push ups on the coldest day. Also, that being said, I’m not going to let the cold stop me from doing my tasks. If you’re willing to work with and for me, then I certainly am.
