To me, fitness is a Lifestyle. I train the way I train and eat the way I eat so that I can remain healthy and enjoy life. If I want to go camping, hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, cycling, or do the Grouse Grind, I can. I never have to worry about whether or not I can keep up or how sore I’m going to be the next day.
I am constantly in pursuit of learning more about the human body and its physical potential. I love reading and taking new courses that challenge me and keep me moving forward. I also enjoy spending quality time with friends and of course my wife Jennifer Williams.
